If you're seeing this option, it means I am accepting orders in my queue! This amount covers your down payment on a custom bear and secures your place in the waiting line. Once paid, I will reach out to confirm details with you, and once your turn is up you will then be required to pay the remaining balance of $250 (custom bear total cost is $300). This process can take anywhere from two to eight weeks depending on project load, my schedule, how many people are queued before you and so on! Occasionally, I may reach out to you sooner.

Stuffed animal bear approx. 6-9 inches in lengh. Treat the bear like you would a fine art canvas, meaning do not wash it at any time. If it gets wet, pat with towel and let air dry. It is recommended that you display the bear out of the direct sunlight, and though not needed many people find placing them in a plastic or glass container helps keep them protected.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of my products I do not offer refunds, this includes the down payment fee. If you change your mind for any reason and decide not to proceed with your order, you will not recieve the down payment back.
Important Information
I offer FREE US shipping. Should you like to upgrade your shipping for any reason, you will be responsible for that cost. If you are purchasing from outside the US I do offer world wide shipping, but you will be responsible for most of that cost (we will figure out the amount together).
Sign up for bear club ends on the 15th of each month. If you sign up before the 15th, you will receive that month's mail. If you sign up after the 15th you will be included to the following month's mail. This policy stands for every month except this first month of bear club (May 2026) in which everyone has until May 15th to sign up for May's subscription. (If you sign up now in April you are signing up for May. Mail for the month ships out the last week of the month so that you have something to look forward to each month!
